A binding purchase agreement with Grown Up Licenses has not been entered into until you have received an order confirmation from Grown Up Licenses.

Grown Up Licenses does not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.


All prices are in EUR, where nothing else is mentioned.

The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Reservations are made for:
Currency changes
Force majeure
Delivery failure
Tax changes
Sold out items and printing errors

Delivery out of Denmark with UPS from 9 Euro. FREE DELIVERY on orders from 139 Euros of purchase (Depending on delivery country)


The stated price at the time of ordering is the applicable order price.


Reservations are made for sold out items and delays with Grown Up Licenses' suppliers.


If you wish to cancel or cancel an order already placed, this should in principle be done by sending an e-mail with the mark "Cancellation" as well as stating the order time and order number.

Have you received an order confirmation per. e-mail, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancellation!" inserted in the subject text. Cancellation should be made before kl. 16 the same day as the order is placed.


There is a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Grown Up Licenses. The difference between the right of complaint and warranty can be seen under Purchase rules. If there is an additional right of complaint or guarantee, this will appear separately on the invoice.

Should the product unexpectedly break during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer's workshop.

Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint. This also includes changing the applied current to any relevant component.

In consumer purchases, where the order of goods is made by telephone or the Internet. the consumer has a 365-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal runs from the time the product is handed over to the consumer. Should the purchase be canceled within 365 days, we will refund the price of the item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to Postdanmark or another freight forwarder no later than 365 days after receipt.

The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the goods are returned in substantially the same condition as at the transfer. If the item is not returned in substantially the same condition, the item is valued at Grown Up Licenses based on a possible sales value.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Lack of ORIGINAL PACKAGING often results in a deterioration in the sales value, which is why, based on an assessment made by Grown Up Licenses, you will be credited with a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the deterioration. In the worst case, lack of ORIGINAL PACKAGING etc. cause the purchase can not be undone.

When installing PC systems assembled according to the customer's wishes, there is no longer a right of withdrawal from the time when the customer has given consent for the installation to begin.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer.

Grown Up Licenses returns the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act.


You have 365 days of return. If you wish to regret your purchase, you must pay the cost of returning the goods to Grown Up Licenses (unless otherwise agreed to the contrary). Goods must be returned to this address:

Please be noted we do not accept parcels returned by cash on delivery (COD).

On returning defect items please state clearly the reason, this will enhance the process. The parcel must contain a copy of the invoice/order confirmation. Please always send your package return as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by Fashion Shopping. Any dispute between Fashion Shopping and the customer is subject to Danish law.

All products returned to Grown Up Licenses must be properly wrapped.
